Subcontractor Prequalification Master RFP

Kalamazoo Valley Habitat for Humanity (KVHH) invites qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to join our preapproved subcontractor pool for residential construction, home repair, and accessibility projects that support safe and stable housing for local households. Through this Master Request for Proposals (RFP), contractors may apply for one or more trades through a single submission and be considered for work assignments on an as needed basis to support publicly funded home repair, accessibility, and injury prevention programs.

KVHH welcomes applications from subcontractors in trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, foundation and concrete work, waterproofing, environmental services, and other related services. Applicants must be properly licensed, carry current insurance, have experience working in occupied residential homes, and be able to comply with organizational requirements.

Inclusion in KVHH’s subcontractor pool does not guarantee work. Contractors will be selected for individual projects based on qualifications, availability, responsiveness, and program needs.
