When I get ready to do a project, the ReStore is my first stop. Why spend all that money to get the same thing at another store? If you are patient, you can get the good stuff and not pay so much for it.

A few years ago, my family and I decided to stop giving each other presents on Christmas and birthdays. Instead, we donate to organizations and charities. Habitat for Humanity is always my first choice as a donor – it’s a gift that keeps on giving.

I like Habitat’s mission and I enjoy helping families that wouldn’t otherwise be able to own a home. I love the philosophy of Habitat– making housing affordable with a lot of volunteer labor. I will keep working with Habitat for as long as I am able.
